Terms of Service

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months unless required by law. Annual plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You agree not to: violate any laws; infringe intellectual property; transmit malware; interfere with our services; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data; or use our services for illegal or harmful activities.

All rights to the Saleswise platform, including software, design, and content, remain with Watadmart Inc. You retain ownership of your data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watadmart Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement with notice. Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it unless legally required to retain.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts of Delaware.

We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
